Energy drink myths

Most people that have to stay up late or have to have a couple more hours added to there day drink some type of energy drink to tide them over. We all here slogans like “red blue gives you wings”, but does it really?

A website from unfinishedman tells everyone all the myths about energy drinks:

  • Energy Drinks Have Too Much Caffeine. The average energy drink has the same amount of caffeine as a cup of coffee.
  • Energy Drinks Prevent Hangovers or Drunkenness. Trying to drink energy drinks to drive home after drinking us just foolish. It does not do a single thing for you.
  • Energy Drinks Contain Too Much Sugar. The average energy drink has actually less sugar in it then a can of soda.
  • Taurine is From Bulls. It is an amino acid that is used in all energy drinks. It is not actually from male bulls at all.
